VS2008测试通过, 函数GetText传入的就是对应文本框的句柄.
1.选中要替换文本框中文字直接出入即可.
2.从textbox的属性中设置:双击textbox1,打开其代码框在光标处输入TextBox1.Text = "你好！",你好是输入的内容.

位置 = 已经选中的字符串在整个文本中的Index序号

本例以源文本框TextBox1全部文字作为拖放文字为例，实现拖放
1、向一个窗体中添加两个文本框，分别名为TextBox1，TextBox2。注意：把TextBox2控件的AllowDrop属性设置成True，这点不要遗漏。
